The Ruis-Agara-Agara bypass road section, spanning from km 95 to km 114, is a critical infrastructure project enhancing transportation efficiency in Georgia. Constructed by the Georgian branch of China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Company, the project underscores the region's commitment to modernizing its road network.

In 2016 and 2017, IEC supplied over 1,000 meters of stripseal and modular expansion joints for this project. These components were tailored to meet the project's structural requirements, ensuring reliability and longevity in dynamic load conditions.
